Mahal AI does not ship, courier, dispatch, warehouse, or physically deliver tangible goods.

Digital Delivery Notice

No physical shipping addresses, postal dispatches, logistics providers, or courier tracking systems are involved in standard Mahal AI transactions unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific promotional item or event.

2. Automated Electronic Provisioning

Upon successful payment authorization and transaction verification through approved payment gateways, Mahal AI’s automated systems generally provision access to purchased content electronically.

4. User Responsibility for Delivery Access

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to their registered account
  • Ensuring stable internet connectivity
  • Checking spam or junk mail folders

  • Safeguarding account credentials

Mahal AI shall not be liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect user information, inaccessible email accounts, device incompatibility, firewall restrictions, ISP failures, or user-side technical limitations.

5. Failed or Delayed Provisioning

In limited cases, automated provisioning may be delayed due to technical anomalies, payment verification holds, fraud screening protocols, infrastructure interruptions, or synchronization failures.

If access is not successfully provisioned within a commercially reasonable period following successful payment, users should contact official support with:
