This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases, subscriptions, enrollments, digital access grants, downloadable resources, educational materials, software systems, templates, AI workflows, automation frameworks, and related services offered by Mahal AI (“Company”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
By purchasing or accessing any Mahal AI product or service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.
1. Nature of Digital Products
Mahal AI primarily distributes non-tangible, irrevocable, instantly accessible digital educational products and online learning systems.
Such products may include:
- Video-based educational content
- AI and automation frameworks
- Downloadable templates and resources
- Digital toolkits and prompts
- Software implementation systems
- Private dashboard access
- Community or member resources
- Cloud-based educational materials
Due to the immediate and irreversible delivery of digital content upon successful payment and provisioning, such purchases generally cannot be returned, revoked, or physically recovered.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Except where expressly required under applicable law, all purchases made through Mahal AI are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
Refunds shall not be granted for:

- Buyer’s remorse
- Lack of usage
- Failure to complete a course
- Subjective dissatisfaction

Important Digital Delivery Notice
Access to dashboard content, downloadable resources, templates, videos, prompts, frameworks, or protected educational materials constitutes commencement of digital service delivery and consumption under applicable electronic commerce principles.
3. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered solely under exceptional and verifiable technical circumstances including:
- Duplicate Transaction Processing: Verified duplicate billing caused directly by payment gateway or system malfunction for the same purchase.
- Failure of Service Provisioning: Successful payment completion accompanied by complete failure of access provisioning where Mahal AI is unable to restore access within a commercially reasonable support window.
- Unauthorized Transaction Investigation: Transactions conclusively proven to be unauthorized following internal review and payment gateway verification.
Refund eligibility shall be determined exclusively at the sole discretion of Mahal AI after technical investigation, transaction verification, fraud screening, and compliance review.
4. Non-Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds will specifically not be issued in circumstances involving:
- Partial content consumption
- Downloaded resources or exported files
- Account inactivity after purchase
- Delayed implementation by the user
- Third-party platform bans or restrictions
- AI tool policy changes
- Software API modifications
- User-side device or internet issues
- Failure to achieve business or financial expectations
- Violation of platform policies or Terms of Service
5. Refund Review Procedure
Users requesting technical review must contact the official support channel within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant transaction or technical issue.
Refund requests must include:
- Registered email address
- Order or transaction ID
- Payment receipt or proof
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Relevant screenshots or supporting evidence
Mahal AI reserves the right to request additional verification documents, identity confirmation, or technical diagnostics before processing any review request.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or unauthorized disputes after accessing digital materials may constitute breach of contract, payment abuse, unjust enrichment, and potential fraud.
Mahal AI reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Restrict future purchases
- Submit evidence to payment processors
- Contest disputes through banking channels
- Pursue recovery remedies permitted under applicable law
7. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds, where applicable, are generally processed back to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, subject to:
- Banking network timelines
- Payment gateway processing delays
- Financial institution procedures
- Regulatory compliance checks
Mahal AI shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party banking institutions, card issuers, payment processors, or financial networks.
8. Compliance With Indian Law
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India, including but not limited to:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Applicable electronic commerce and cyber regulations
Nothing contained in this Policy shall limit statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
